Orders typically ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Ensure deliveries are made to secure locations to prevent lost or stolen packages.

Delivery Issues:

If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, refunds may be issued minus shipping costs once items return to the fulfillment center.
If a package is marked as delivered but later lost or stolen, the buyer must follow up with the carrier.

3. Returns – Physical Products

Most official Ignitra® purchases include a 180-day money-back guarantee.
All bottles (including bonus or free items) must be returned to qualify.

Include a note with: Order ID, Full Name, Shipping Address, Email, Phone Number, and Packing Slip (if available).
